In the first month, I no longer had shooting pain in my knees or the heels of my feet and I am now able to walk stairs more “normally.” Recently while exiting a diner I fell from a step and landed on both knees. Although I did need some assistance to get up on my feet again, remarkably, I had no pain from the fall. It is now 3 days later and still no pain…I certainly hope it continues this way and can only thank the makers of this fine product for producing a product that works for me. My only suggestion would be to lower its pricing because as a senior citizen on a fixed income it will be hard for me and others to continue purchasing this product on a long term basis.

I can’t quite make out if I’m mad or sad that osteo-bi-flex took away that once in a lifetime opportunity for me to play in the court again in my 60s. It’s unfair, I think to be fooled into taking something that does not really have anything that could take away the pain on my joints. The invitational happens in a month’s time. I don’t think there is anything else that can be done. I blame it all on osteo-bi-flex. Stay away from this product or you’ll be sorry.

I don’t want to believe it’s too late for me to make changes to stop permanent damage to my joints. That was when I started reading up about what I can do to address the pain and even heal what damage has been inflicted. I’ve been following natural regimens like ginger compresses and I also came across osteo-bi-flex. I heard good reviews about osteo-bi-flex but, having taken it for 2 months and still no result, I can’t help but think that I was the victim of a well-crafted marketing stunt. There’s really nothing in osteo-bi-flex that has been proven beyond doubt to improve joint health and alleviate joint pains. I’m just sorry I didn’t know so earlier. osteo-bi-flex is a huge waste. Don’t be a victim!
