Each and every time I used the Fortigel, I would have stomach pains for about 3 hours, and I’m not a sensitive person when it comes to the stomach.     I have taken it according to directions as per written on the product and there was no change in my symptoms. It didn’t help the pain even after using it for 1 month. Does not relieve the discomfort.
