Astaxanthin has been very beneficial to me. My eyesight has improved quite a bit. Aataxanthin, along with flaxseed has nearly eliminated problems I was encountering with symptoms of dry eye. Also, my husband used to always get sunburned in summer. I encourage him to take this in the summer, and no more sunburn! I have tried several brand and find that Now foods brand seems to be a good quality product for the price.

My dermotologist recommended I take this to minimize sunburn in the Texas summer. The Internet says Astaxanthin is also beneficial for other body functions. No taste and Amazon has a good price & very convenient.
