Muscle Joint PainOsteoarthritis – This is a degenerative joint condition which is characterized by the degradation of cartilage that caps the bones. This cartilage provides cushioning that prevents the bones from grinding against each other. Without that cartilage, the bones smash against each other resulting in chronic pain. There is not cure for osteoarthritis. There is only the management of pain and inflammation which can be handled using medication, supplements, exercise or a combination of all of those options.

Lupus – This is an autoimmune disease that affects multiple areas in the body and causes Muscle Joint Pain among other things. This results in it attacking normal healthy tissues and produces symptoms such as sensitivity to sun or light, skin lesions, hair loss, seizures, inflammation, swelling, and damage to joints, skin kidneys, heart, lungs, and even blood. There are actually several different types of Lupus which can be caused by extreme stress, exposure to UV light, smoking, certain medications, certain infections such hepatitis C, and exposure to certain chemicals.

Fibromyalgia – This is classified as a medical disorder that is characterized by widespread pain, sensitivity to pressure, fatigue, Muscle Joint Pain, joint stiffness, and sleep difficulties. Although fibromyalgia affects approximately 10 million Americans, no one knows what causes the disease. There is no cure for this disease so patients must focus on mitigating symptoms enough so they can have some semblance of a normal life.
