- 60 and Beyond – Osteoporosis becomes a bigger problem for women as you pass 60, and for men and women the later years of life are harder to deal with due to the increased chance of arthritis. As you age, your body has a harder time managing the wear and tear it can suffer and as a result your cartilage and tendons will weaken. It’s important that you promote good joint health as you age.
