In choosing which one is the better supplement for joint pain, it is important to weigh the pros and cons of Instaflex and Flexoplex. Both contain glucosamine and MSM in their ingredients and offer free trial packs, however, these supplements have their own differences.

  • The free trial pack for Flexoplex lasts up to 60 days while for Instaflex it is 14 days. Most users complain that the 14-day period is not enough to assess if the supplement is effective or not.
  • A bottle of Flexoplex costs $39.95 while a bottle of Instaflex costs $69.99. Several users find Instaflex too expensive and that there are better supplements which are less expensive.
  • Although both contain glucosamine and MSM in their key ingredients, Flexoplex also contains chondroitin which is a proven and clinically tested ingredient to help alleviate joint pain. It is said that glucosamine and chondroitin work together in improving mobility and relieve pain caused by osteoarthritis.

  • There is no mention of side effects among Flexoplex users. Instaflex has a number of complaints including sluggishness, cramps in different parts of the body and itchiness.

Conclusion

Between Instaflex and Flexoplex, the latter proved to be a better choice as a joint pain supplement. It lists way more advantages in terms of effectiveness and cost.
