Working out in warm water can also help reduce arthritis back pain. The water will relax your back muscles, giving you a chance to work them out without straining them. Your arthritis back pain could be lessened while you are in the water, so be careful to not overdo it. Overexerting yourself will make your arthritis back pain worse, and that is definitely not the desired result. Whichever technique you choose, make sure it is one that will help you.
