Chinese medicine is often used to treat arthritis of the hip and acupuncture is claimed to be very helpful in managing the symptoms. Regular stretching can help keep the hip limber. A warm bath, especially with mineral salts, can often relieve the aches and pains associated with arthritis of the hip. You can try herbal rubs, supplements, and a vegetarian diet as well.
